Trade 30 Minute Gel PU Wood Adhesive is a transparent ready to use polyurethane based adhesive with D4 water resistance. Fast curing adhesive with good gap filling characteristics, suitable for uneven surfaces.
Applications
Manufacturing of door and window frames that need to meet class D4 according to EN 204. Bonding of wooden construction elements. Bonding of insulation materials (including polystyrene). Can also be use on various porous and non-porous substrates such as concrete, bricks and other common materials in the building industry. General joinery of wooden materialS.

Instructions
Apply the adhesive with a sealant gun onto one of the surfaces which need to be bonded. Bring the two parts together within a maximum of 30 minutes and clamp for at least 3 hours. Clamping of the materials, during the curing, is necessary in order to achieve the final maximum possible strength.
