Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your online or in-store purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange within 28 days of the purchase (certain products not eligible for change of mind return, see below). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

You are responsible for any courier fees incurred from return of the product.

Courier charge depends on product purchased i.e. size and weight and courier you choose to use. We offer in-store returns are free of charge and there is no restocking fee.  

This does not affect your statutory rights.   


All returns must be postmarked within 28 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and include a receipt. Incorrectly stored products will not be accepted. 

Without proof of purchase (receipt) we cannot accept a return, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 


To return an item, please email customer service at info@dermotkehoe.ie to confirm return.

We can arrange collection of your return package from your home with GLS couriers for a fee of €10.99 or you can arrange your own shipping at a cost dependent on the provider you choose.

After receiving a return confirmation place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your card statement, depending on your card company/bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. Some larger products or special orders may be subject to a 15% restocking charge, for more information please speak to our sales team. Please note we do not accept returns of bagged building products/building materials including hard wall, cement, bonding, slate, ridges etc. please check prior to purchase if your building product is exempt from returns. Special orders i.e. products not usually stocked and ordered in especially at the customers request are not eligible for return.
