DESCRIPTION

Owl Lava 20 Forever Top Coat

Chemical Base	One-component, solvent-based, cold curing aliphatic polyurethane
Coverage	0.150 – 0.300 kg/m2 in one or two layers.

Application Surface Preparation

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Maximum moisture content: ≤5%.
Substrate must have a compressive strength ≥25 MPa and a cohesive bond strength ≥1.5 MPa. New concrete must cure for 28 days before membrane application.
Use a grinding machine to remove old coatings, grease, and debris, and smooth irregularities. Clean thoroughly. For non-concrete substrates, consult technical support.

Waterproofing Membrane Refer to the Product Data Sheet for specific details about the Lava 20 membrane. Top Coat Application

Mix Lava 20 Coloured Top Coat well for consistency.
Use a roller, brush, or airless spray to apply in 1–2 layers.
Wait 3–6 hours between layers, no more than 36 hours.
Apply at 5°C–35°C. Avoid high humidity, which may affect curing.
Optional: Sprinkle flakes/ quartz on the wet top coat for flake flooring systems
